falluminum rally in North Georgia mountainsThe Falluminum will be held October 23 through October 25 in North Georgia.  This semi-annual rally occurs in the fall and spring and is open to all Airstream and other RV enthusiasts.  The Georgia Mountain Fair Campgrounds is located on Lake Chatuge in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.

This weekend is designed to be relaxed, stress-free and guaranteed fun times with family and friends.  There will be plenty of time for small groups of folks to share camping experiences.  The only fee is the campsite fee and most meals are shared among the group.  The campgrounds has two separate campsite areas for a total of 189 sites.

    I've just noticed several dents in one side of my roof on a 59 overlander. The trailer is not parked near any trees. Could it be a temperature fluxuation on the roof panels? The cold side with snow still on it shows no damage. The only side that shows any dents is directly in the sun. Has anyone ever heard of this before ? Thanks, any comments will be helpful.

    WE HAD OUR 1991 AIRSTREAM MOTORHOME REFINISHED (GEL COATED) BY AIRSTREAM THREE YEARS AGO AND THE TOP HAS SEVERAL AREAS THAT ARE PEELED OFF. IT WOULD COST ANOTHER $7K TO STRIP AND REFINISH AGAIN AND GUARANTEED FOR ONLY TWO YEARS!!. CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND ANOTHER WAY THAT WE CAN GELCOAT THOSE AREAS OURSELVES AND IT WOULD MATCH.

    I SEE CAMPING WORLD OF COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA IS NOW THE AIRSTREAM DEALER FOR THE REGION. THIS IS A GOOD THING SINCE I LIVE IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA. RIGHT ACROSS THE RIVER. MAYBE NOW I CAN GET SERVICE AND PARTS WITH A SMILE. INSTEAD OF A DEALERSHIP WITH A MUD LOT. MAKES ME HAPPY.

    Just purchased a 19" LCD TV formy 2006 Bambi. The problem is finding a mounting apparatus that will allow the TV to be extended out to be viewed and then retracted and secured while traveling. Any suggestions on where such a gadget might be located would be greatly appreciated.

    Am looking at a 1968 Airstream International that is for sale in my area, but knowing little about how to determine the relative health of the trailer (water systems, hvac, brakes/suspension/electrical, etc), I am eager to find an expert that can help me with a pre-purchase inspection. For the N.Ga/Western NC/Eastern TN area, please advise of any inspectors that can help me.
